Principal Advisors Announces Second Executed Lease at Beaufort Station with Bath & Body Works

Beaufort, SC — Principal Advisors is pleased to announce the execution of its second retail lease at Beaufort Station with Bath & Body Works, further solidifying the center’s position as one of Beaufort’s premier retail destinations.

Bath & Body Works plans to open its new location at Beaufort Station in Spring 2026, bringing one of the nation’s most recognizable personal care and home fragrance brands to the market. Reynolds Robinson of Principal Advisors represented the landlord in the transaction.

The tenant was represented by Julie Gardner of Katz Retail.

This lease follows the recently announced execution with The Vitamin Shoppe and marks another key milestone in Principal Advisors’ leasing efforts at Beaufort Station, demonstrating continued leasing momentum and strong national retailer interest in the center.
