1. Go to www.principalrem.com
2. Go to the “Tenant Resources” dropdown tab.
3. Click “Pay Your Rent”
4. Login to TENANT WEBACCESS using the login information you created when you set up your online account.
5. Once you are logged in, click “Make a Payment” under the “Charges” section of the Dashboard.
6. Select the amount you would like to pay under “Payment Amount”
7. Select the source of payment under “Payment Source” and click “Continue”. If you do not have a saved payment method on file, you will prompted to enter your billing information after you click “Continue”. PLEASE NOTE all credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee. Pay with ACH-Checking or ACH-Savings to avoid this fee.
8. Once you have entered your billing information, click “Pay Now”

1. Go to Principalrem.com
2. Go to the “TENANT RESOURCES” tab
3. Click “PAY YOUR RENT”
4. When you get to the screen below, login with your normal information.

5. After you login, click “Make a Payment” on the main dashboard under “Charges”. (Shown below):

6. Once you get to the payment screen, notice the sentence in smaller text above “payment amount”. Click the “enabling Autopay” link in this sentence. (Shown Below):

7. Once you get to the screen below, you can set up auto pay by entering your bank and corresponding billing information. Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. We do not recommend setting a max payment amount because the automatic payment will not go through if your max payment amount is lower than the amount owed.
