Reynolds is an accomplished real estate professional and born-and-raised Beaufortonian with a passion for the Lowcountry, collectively beneficial commercial development, and creative real estate strategies. He is the co-founder and co-owner of Principal Advisors, where he has been integral in growing the firm from a small management company into a full-service commercial real estate firm. In his career as a South Carolina Real Estate Licensee, Reynolds has brokered over $20MM worth of commercial real estate sales volume and has represented a tenant and/or landlord in hundreds of lease transactions. Reynolds has successfully brokered transactions involving Edward Jones, Vitamin Shoppe, Bath and Body Works, Wells Fargo, Regions Bank, various branches of local, state and federal government and many more.
Reynolds is also an IREM-certified commercial property manager, a seasoned real estate investor, and an experienced landlord with a successful portfolio of local commercial properties. He has overseen more than 50 tenant and landlord upfit projects and is committed to providing personalized, tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
